dance is one of my gratests pations and most people think its only for girls and or gays; that really anoys me because not onley is that homophobic but it's wrong. i'm not gay and i love to dance and if i do say so my self im pretty good. I would say dance is the best way to get in shape and have fun at the same time, I think dancers are stronger then most people who go to the gym; and they don't have to dred going for there work out.

The common sterotypes for male dancers is that they're homosexual and not very manly or tough. Well, some of the manliest men I know are dancers. Take Mr. Li, you wouldn't want to bump into him on a dark night, would you?

I think not everyone can dance, not neccesarily because of gender but just not all people have the body or skill for it. I personally went to dance in RHSA so I was garanteed into the school but I think it was a good choice because it is interesting and challenges me. Boys for sure can dance, just not all of them.
Look anyone should be allowed to dance many males have a passion to express themselves in movement. Who are we to stop them of their dreams. Look I dance and I am a boy and I love it. I think many men should try dance just to give it a shot if you learn something new that you enjoy and if you still think its girly and wrong fine but dont you dare put down other peoples dreams.
I think that dance is definetly not about sexes. Dance is just a powerful way to express words. besides look at all those pop celebrities like justin timberlake.
I think dance is a personal choice and if you like to dance go for it if not don't. Your sex doesn't change but some male dancers won't dance because they are male and i think that is wrong. In the american version there are transvestites on the show and males and females, it is like me saying Girls can't wresle or people from canada can't make curry rice (bad example)
Dance is a unisex sport, its a fact that girls and boys develop muscle in different ways and it's more popular for girls to take dance and gymnastics recreationally (I've taken both) but dance can be fun and intriguing if thats your thing. A girl can stink at dance and should be accepted and a boy should be able to exceed at dance and be accepted, It's all a matter of what you like.

I believe dance has had that reputation of being only for boys in North america. It is more widley excepted in other countries. I believe We have over shadowd it with sports and then the people who do dance are ocasionally viewed as irregular. So My answer to this question is dance is for anyone who can make a connection with body and music
I believe that Dance is an art that is neutral. Anyone can take it, anyone can do it and everyone can enjoy it. It's simply a way to express one's self.

If you see a pro dance and you like it than you know that you should try that and see what you think after.

No, I think that is not true. There are many boys taking dance at RHSA for different reasons.
Dance is for anyone who is willing to learn it. If music inspires you, then it doesn't matter if you're a boy or a girl, you can still dance.
